25. In the “Materials Reviewed” section of the panelist report, it is permissible for the expert panelist:

• a. To cut and paste the list of materials reviewed from the E-mail they receive from the TMB.
• b. To make generalizations such as “The Medical Records”.
• c. To list items that the panelist never intends to review.
• d. To list documents that are not on the list provided by the TMB, but the panelist feels that the documents will be helpful for others who will be reviewing the case.
