27. If an expert panelist does not feel they possess the necessary expertise or experience to review a case, he/she should:

• a. Review the case, render an opinion, and include a disclaimer in the report indicating their lack of expertise and experience.
• b. Review the case and render an opinion after obtaining input and advice from their peers who possess the knowledge required to review the case.
• c. Notify the TMB staff as soon as they are told the issues involved in the case.
• d. Review the case because they feel as though they should know more than they actually do about the issues in question.
