29. If an expert panelist believes that the allegations do not constitute a violation of the standard of care, but in reviewing the case, he/she discovers other aspects of care that are felt to be substandard, the expert should:

• a. Ignore the aspects of the case that do not deal directly with the allegations.
• b. State that although no violation of the standard of care was found as relates to the allegations, other standard of care violations including _____ and _____ are present.
• c. State that although no violation of the standard of care was found as relates to the allegations, a few other standard of care violations were discovered, but they don’t need to be pursued because they didn’t cause any harm in this case.
• d. File a separate complaint about the respondent citing the additional standard of care issues he/she discovered.
