I am a board-certified emergency physician, licensed in the state of Texas. I have been in practice for over 12 years. My clinical experience involves frequent evaluation and management of patients with acute chest pain in the ED.

164.051(a)(6) Practice inconsistent with public health and welfare. It is alleged that the Respondent failed to manage the patient appropriately, resulting in a myocardial infarction and cardiac arrest.
