4. The Respondent failed to meet the standard of care by using an inappropriate test (the GI cocktail) in the determination of cause and disposition where there are multiple cardiac risk factors and no previous cardiac workup.

H. Conclusion:

The Respondent failed to meet the standard of care by failing to appropriately evaluate and manage a patient with multiple cardiac risk factors presenting with the acute onset of abdominal/chest pain.
