  • The panelist coordinator will contact you regarding a case to review. You will receive a brief synopsis of the case, the name of the physician being investigated (the Respondent), and the size (number of pages of records) of the case.
  • Please review the initial information as soon as possible after receipt and determine if you have a potential conflict of interest with the Respondent and if you are qualified and comfortable performing this review.
  • If you have a potential conflict or do not have time in the next 2 weeks to review the medical records, please let the panelist coordinator know immediately.
