- Remember that your report will be critically analyzed by others. Thus, it is very important to be as objective as possible in reporting your findings. Avoid the use of any inflammatory, subjective, derogatory, or biased remarks.
- Whenever possible, please cite the published literature such as textbooks, journal articles, national guidelines, etc. you used to define the standard of care and to support your opinion.
